Location and accommodation (room)was very good however they could not control the room temperature so would hate to stay in the summer as we boiled! No facilities so not sure how it has a 4 * rating. Reception staff very unhelpful and rude which was a great dissapointment and suprise. On departure the owner was present and reception staff behaved very differently! Sadly could not recommend as the location was idea but staff ruined it.

Top Tip:
do not purchase any trasport tickets at the airport for the water bus as you may not need them - wait till you get to venice and decide where and what you want to do. Eat at the places the locals use, great value and fantatic food - sorry cannot remember the names of the places we discovered but all mentioned in Rough Guide.
