We loved this hotel, Francesco the Concierge was absolutely brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful. Our room looked out towards St marks square, perfect! Breakfast was kust enough in a very sweet little room. access to the hotel was by water or the street.

Top Tip:
Great location close to lots of restaurants. We really liked the one on the other side of the Rialto bridge next to the gondola stop.
