Hotel very good -typical continental breakfast. Room v. nice. Had a room with a fresco ceiling first but unfortunately it smelt of cigarettes which the hotel were suprised about as its a non smoking hotel. However they changed our room without problem and although next room did not have the nice ceiling it was equally as nice in other areas. We had a very enjoyable and hassel free stay. They even helped us to check-in on line for our return journey, and gave us a bottle of prosecco for my husbands birthday.

Top Tip:
Pizzeria next the Fenice Theatre (around corner from hotel) very good food and service and semi reasonable. Burano much nicer than Murano. Do not buy in factories as cheaper in shops even after their discounts. 'The Cafe' in San Stefano piazza good for an afternoon sit down and apperitife or tea or coffee.
