Staff are friendly and helpful offering a very high level of service.
For a central clean base from which to explore the charms of Venice, this hotel is good value.

Overall an excellent little 3 star hotel in a wonderful location. Like most hotels in Venice it is short on facilities but it's location, service and standards put it well above many other 3 stars.

The hotel is ideally situation a short walk from St Mark's Square, in a typical Venetian square. It is also close to one of the city's most exclusive shopping streets, Calle XXII Marzo.
