The hotel is located at the end of a narrow street just off the main boulevard Riva degli Schiavoni. Guests arriving by vaporetto (water bus) should use the San Zaccaria stop, although walking from the stop at San Marco would only take five minutes.

A medium sized, family-run property, the Bisanzio Hotel offers guests a relaxing stay in a modern environment. The large marble lobby is home to a comfortable lounge area adjacent to the large reception desk and leads to a small Internet terminal for the use of guests. During the warmer months a terrace is available for guests to relax on and enjoy the tranquillity that Venice offers. The guestrooms are comfortable and bright and furnished with nice Venetian wooden fittings. There are 50 rooms in total and triples and quads can be accommodated. All rooms have air conditioning, mini bar, television and telephone. The hotel’s well stocked Bar is open all day until 2.00 am for residents. A Continental buffet breakfast is served in a nice bright breakfast room towards the back of the building.
