A bit difficult to find (but fine once you know exactly where to turn). Very convenient for St Marks and the Rialto. The hotel is easiest to get to initially from St Marks Square - walk away from the water and through one of the arches at the back of the square to get onto 'sestiere san Marco'. Turn right on this, and then left onto 'Calle Spechierri' (a very narrow (approx 2-3m wide) street lined with glassware and mask shops. Follow this as far as you can, and then turn right at the T-junction at the end and walk over the bridge ahead of you (with a pizza stall on your left). The hotel is on the right about 10m after the bridge.
I *think* entering '45.436376, 12.339470' into google maps should give you a push pin pretty close to the hotel!

Breakfast room a bit small with tables too close to each other. Buffet breakfast not topped up regularly. Bedroom very clean and comfortable.
Top Tip
The area around St Marks Square and the Basilica together with the Palazzo Ducale are truly Venice. A visit to The Scuola Grande of Saint Roch and the Accademia not to be missed. An evening boat-trip down the Canal Grande should also be included. Venice is stunningly beautiful, a holiday to remember.

The hotel is centrally located and close to all of the major sites in the city.
The room was fantastic overlooking a canal with large double windows.
The entire hotel is imaculate throughout and there was a large and varied variety on offer for breakfast.
We had a super holiday and would certainly have no hesitation in returning to the hotel or using Just One Hotel again as booking agents.

A trip out to the island of Torcello is a must and a trip along the Grand Canal sitting outside on the Vaporetto is also essential.
If travelling at this time of year (December) remember loads of warm clothes - it was freezing!!!
