The hotel is located only a minute’s walk from the Grand Canal on a narrow street and can be reached by vaporetto (disembark at the San Marco stop). San Marco Square is only a couple of minutes away.

A small functional hotel, the Commercio & Pellegrino is great for those who wish to take advantage of its excellent central location, but do not require the opulence that some of the other hotels in the area offer. On entering the property, you are immediately in the reception area and facing the adjacent breakfast area, where a complimentary afternoon tea is also served. There is also a lift to take you to the guestrooms. The hotel has 24 guestrooms in total. All are twins/doubles, apart from one single room. Triples are occasionally available by adding an extra bed, but as rooms are quite small it is not encouraged. All rooms are clean, furnished in a simple but modern manner and boast the facilities you would expect of this standard of hotel, such as television, telephone, air conditioning and safety box. A cold buffet breakfast is served from 7.30 am until 10.00 am in the area adjacent to the reception. Please note that this is a non-smoking hotel.
