Built in 1875, the Villa Igea is the 3-storey annexe of the Savoia and Jolanda Hotel. It has a terrace overlooking the sunny Campo san Zaccaria and the imposing façade of the church. The property also has its own lobby, which is considered to be a common space both for the hotel's and the annexe's guests. It features green leather sofas, potted plants and pleasant coffee tables adorned with bouquets of flowers. The walls are wood panelled with mirrors and fixed lighting.
