Our Review

The Ai Due Fanali hotel is housed in a traditional Venetian building rich in history. Many of the building's original features have been retained, including the visible wooden beams in the ceilings, and many other characteristics that add to the charm of the hotel. The guestrooms are quite small, due to the age of the building, though clean, comfortable, and equipped with standard amenities. Continental breakfast is served daily, and during summer months guests can enjoy breakfast on the roof terrace. This is a good choice for those who want simple clean accommodation, without sacrificing comfort and good service.

The hotel is situated just 5 minutes' walk from the Santa Lucia station, making access to the hotel very easy. Attractions like St Mark's can be reached in 20-25 minutes on foot, giving visitors a great chance to take in the stunning surroundings en route. As an alternative there is the vaporetto which stops close by. Although a peaceful area, there are shops, cafes, and restaurants in the area for visitors to choose from.
