Staff are friendly and helpful.
While a bit small, rooms are well maintained.

Overall an excellent little 3 star hotel in a wonderful location. Like most hotels in Venice it is short on facilities but it's location, service and standards put it well above many other 3 stars.

The Anastasia Hotel is housed in a small, 4-storey building, with a pastel coloured façade. The small lobby is decorated with Luigi Filippo style ornaments, and classical Venetian furniture. The medium sized rooms are kept in good condition, as are the bathrooms. The décor features rustic furniture, wooden window frames and granite floors. The hotel also has a small and cosy breakfast room.

Breakfast is good continental. ... breakfast is basic continental but is sufficient ... it was very cosy... will definatly go back... Breakfast could have more selection ... an excellent and good value hotel...
