Entering the hotel by foot is by way of a lovely little bridge over the adjacent the canal. This leads you directly into the elegant lobby with reception desk on the left and the feature of an old well to your right. Staff are friendly and welcoming to this warm and well maintained hotel. The hotel is actually two buildings and has two separate names - Ca dei Conti and Ca dei Conte - although are connected. The second part of the hotel is home to a lovely reading lounge with internet terminal for guests' use.
