Though small, rooms are clean and well kept.
A good selection offered for breakfast.
Excellent service from staff.

A great little hotel close to San Marco but away from the hustle and bustle. Offers good value for money in a traditional Venitian style!

our room was very cramped... not all rooms seemed small ... only drawback was that the room was rather small ... Crisp linen every day ... room tidying/check twice daily... We had one of the smaller rooms 224 - but it was fine... we had a room on ground floor around the fountain area, and early morning, about 0600, it became noisy... there were no windows but the door was glass... our room was very much smaller and cramped than any of those shown ... comfortable beds ...
