A small door next to the restaurant of the same name leads you to a petite reception area behind which is the staircase leading to the guestrooms. The hotel has no lift and is non smoking throughout. There is a warm atmosphere about the hotel and decor is mainly of a traditional Venetian style. The hotel does not have a restaurant but the adjoining restaurant offers guests of the hotel a small discount on their bill.
