The Locanda Sturion Hotel is housed in a small, traditional Venetian building, which dates back to the 13th century. The lobby is situated at the top of a staircase. There is no lift in order to preserve the original features of the property. The 11 renovated guestrooms vary in size. Elegant and stylish, they feature damask upholstery and dark wood furnishings. The breakfast room, adjacent to the lobby, is comfortable, bright and overlooks the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge. After breakfast it becomes a comfortable reading area. The hotel’s restaurant, named "Bistrot De Venise" is cosy and serves traditional Venetian cuisine. There is also a small library at guests’ disposal and some board games for children.
