The guestrooms in the hotel are decorated in two distinctive styles. Those rooms in the Europa wing feature mainly Venetian décor with ornate painted woodwork and stucco walls. In contrast, the Regina has a more Imperial style of room. There are also three room types in the hotel and both wings of the hotel contain all three types. There are deluxe rooms (which are the standard type of room), executive rooms and suites. The deluxe and executive rooms differ only in the view available from the room; everything else remains the same throughout. Deluxe rooms tend to overlook the courtyard and narrow streets below. Unrestricted views over the Grand Canal can be found from the executive rooms.
There are 185 guestrooms in total in the hotel. The 17 single rooms are spacious and have queen sized bed, offering the lone traveller more comfort than is standard for a single room. The rest of the rooms are mainly twins/doubles, although adding an extra bed to make a triple is normally not a problem. There is also a large number of interconnecting rooms in this hotel, which make it ideal for families who wish to stay together.
The guestrooms are generally spacious, with large walk-in wardrobes and a high quality of furnishings and amenities, including mini bar and snack bar (the last also contains disposable camera and traditional Venetian mask, which guests may purchase if they wish.) There is also pay-per-view television channels, air conditioning and safety box. The en suite bathrooms are luxuriously appointed with the trademarked "Westin Heavenly" showers featuring double shower-heads and branded toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers for guests' use are in all rooms.
